The Week In Review

This past week was very full in the Wallace household. We started it off with a many a puppet shows put on by Jadon and Haven. The shows were very entertaining. I loved watching their imaginations at work, they would practice and practice then when ready they would come get us. By the last show it had turned to potty humor, Haven sitting there doing tooty sounds with her mouth while Jadon told some story about going to the bathroom. The hands were used to let us know when we were to clap.I've spent most of the week dealing with Haven getting up at 9:00pm because she's hungary. This is after eating a full dinner and having a snack right before bed. I do believe she and Jadon are going to eat us out of the house, with Haven's late night snacking and Jadon's breakfast consisting of yogurt, cereal and a piece of toast. This is also the week that Jadon's jeans have become too short for him.

Jude still refuses to walk. He will take a step and if you notice he quickly stops and starts crawling. He is so stinking stubborn! Thankfully his teeth are less stubborn than him, his 5th one has come through.

The week ended with the most beautiful weather of the year. We celebrated by having our first zoo trip of the year. Jude loved all the animals. Spending the day outside was a great way to end the week.
Jude and Haven checking out the monkeys that were feeling a little frisky in the beautiful weather. Jude was feeling very tired by this photo, we skipped the morning nap to take in the zoo. Todd also experienced a first this week. His first ever strep throat incident. His direct quote, "I could go a lifetime without having experienced this." Those of you who have had the misfortune of having strep understand. He did well though and has come through it.

I think I've decide to get Zoo passes this year. Both Zoe and Link would love the Zoo and it would give us a fun outting. Have you heard of the classes they do there? Apparently, they're pretty cool.

Also, what are the symptoms of strep in adults? I have had a raging sore throat since Saturday -no fever that I know of. What can I take, Dr. Heather?
