Our Thankful Season

We had a great fall (I know it's not officially winter, but when I start decorating for Christmas it becomes winter to me), going to festivals, decorating our porch with pumpkins and ending that time with Thanksgiving and all the things we are thankful for.

Jadon: Mommy, Daddy, Haven, Jude, Nana & Papa, Mema & Pappy, Aunt Mal, my cousins.

Haven: (her exact words) my Daddy and nothing else

A park we've particularly grown fond of held their first fall festival, so the kids, Nana and I took part in the festivities. There was face painting and a hay bale play area and Jadon and Haven made chicken feed and fed the chickens. Haven got her face painted like a butterfly while Jadon chose Spiderman. Jude chose to be the cutest baby around so we didn't have to paint his face. A dear friend that works with my, who is also extremely talented, decorated some pumpkins for the kids. Mom came over with 5 pumpkins painted with cute faces and our names on the back. Jadon and Haven loved them! Thanks Nana and Robin.

Jadon had a theme for dressing up this year, he was really into Spiderman. So, for Halloween, you guessed it, he was spiderman. Haven's wasn't really a costume, but she looked so extremely cute in her pumpkin outfit and Jude was the cutest puppy.
